✧ I’m available Thu – Fri from 9am-5pm and Saturdays from 9am-12pm for questions on Discord, Bluesky or via email. (For very important matters, I am also available on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
✧ If any of the Terms of Service are violated or any incident occurs which warrants intervention (at my own discretion), I withhold the right to revoke any and all commercial and/or licensing rights at any time. You will be black/listed and not able to work with me again.
✧ I do not agree to my art being used as NFTs
✧ I do not agree with my art being fed to any AI!
✧ If I do not feel I can do your commission I have the right to decline it.
✧ Complex designs will be charged extra. +€20
✧ I only work with my style. I do not work with other artist’s styles.
✧ All commissions include Personal Usage.
✧ reference pictures, ideas, any desired details & descriptions are highly appreciated since it will help me create artwork that you’re happy with quicker. Personally I prefer character sheets/reference pictures over IRL photos since they are easier to work with.
✧ Do not edit, trace, modify or alter the artwork in any way.
✧ In case of injury or illness/sickness, I might have to take a break from work and therefore the commission might take longer to finish. Of course I’ll let you know about it if that’s the case but I’ll get back to work as soon as physically possible for me!
✧ I reserve the right to use commissions as material for portfolios, showcases, business cards, price lists examples etc.

୧‿̩͙-✧Posts and Credits✧-‿̩͙୨
✧ Do NOT pass my work off as yours and tag me in your posts (where my work is posted) on social media!
✧ As the artist, I have the rights to claim the artwork as my own and advertise it on my Social Media platforms and portfolios.
✧ If you want your commission to be done in private i will not post unless i have your permission to do so or you’ve published the artwork yourself. If you want your commission to be a secret until a certain date please let me know.
✧ Please repost the finished artwork with proper credit.
✧ Private commission fee: +€2
✧ I reserve the rights to stream the artwork (twitch.tv/v_partum) unless requested differently.
୧‿̩͙-✧Payment✧-‿̩͙୨
✧ All commissions must be paid in full before I start the commission! The only exception is if it is a larger commission, in this case a payment plan is also possible after discussion.
✧ All Payment via Paypal only (not through Ko-Fi, Vgen or stripe) must be made within 48 hrs after an invoice had been received. Invoices will be sent by me 1 week before I start to work on your commission. (Waitlist only!)
✧Please don’t ask me to lower any of my prices, I won’t make any exceptions.
୧‿̩͙-✧Revisions✧-‿̩͙୨
You will have a limited amount of revisions (depending on the type of commission) so please make sure you let me know what you’d want added and/or changed after I’ve given you an update. Too many or too extreme changes/adjustments will increase the price of the commission depending on whether I find the requests justified or not.
୧‿̩͙-✧Deadlines and Delivery✧-‿̩͙୨
✧ Once the request has been accepted, it will be placed in a waitlist and you’ll be given an estimated time of delivery.
✧ Commissions may take between 1 week to 3 month once moved from the waitlist depending in the amount and complexity of the commission

✧ I do my best to complete the commission as quickly as I can, but even I have my freedoms and this is a part-time job. You will be given a timeframe by me at the start of a commission and as I work on your commission you will be sent updates on the commission via DM or email in between, so please look out for notifications!
✧ You can set a reasonable deadline for the commission but that will have to be one of the first things that are discussed. It will also be charged extra up to +€30, depending on the timeframe.
✧ The finished work will be delivered via Discord, Drive or Mail as a ZIP file
୧‿̩͙-✧Refund Policy✧-‿̩͙୨
✧ 100% will be refunded if sketching process has not begun
✧ My art is not refundable and you are commissioning me under the agreement that you will not issue a chargeback!
✧ I can cancel or decline your order at any given time if the work environment does not meet my standards or if I don’t like my client’s attitude. I can initiate a refund in that case.
୧‿̩͙-✧Usage Policy✧-‿̩͙୨
All commissions are personal use by default. This means you can use it on your social Media Platforms, in your streams and videos. Adding a usage to a commission can be done at any time. Please contact me if necessary. If the work needs to be modified in any way for a commercial use let me know.
You may NOT change/modify the artwork in any way without my permission.
